 Delivery times

•  Delivery to the uk is usually within 3-5 working days after dispatch. Please allow 1-5 working days for dispatch. All orders are processed Monday - Friday.
• Delivery to the rest of the world and the EU is 7-21 working days. Please note we only allow a tracked service. Delivery times may vary and times are only an estimation.
• When ordering please ensure you leave an email address incase we need to contact you about your order notes (if applicable)
• If it has been a while and you don't think your order has been dispatched please check your email AND junk mail incase we have tried to contact you and/or for dispatch emails.

Refunds and exchanges

• As everything is made to order, refunds or exchanges are currently not accepted. However if you have an issue with your order please don't hesitate to get in contact. Please read our policies for full information.

Damaged or lost items

• If you received your item damaged from transit or if its passed the expected delivery time and you have not received your item, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Do the prints come framed?

• No, they don't come framed, however they're great for framing. We recommend a certain Swedish retailer for frames..

 Can you provide gift messages?

• Yes! Simply add your gift message at checkout and we'll do the rest.
